The Plaza East is a 4-acre, 21-story, 266-apartment oceanfront estate situated on some 400 feet of Fort Lauderdale beach.  The entire ground floor consists of three spacious interconnected lobbies, each with a separate entrance. On the lower level is the fully equipped exercise room and card area.  In addition to 24-hour doorpersons, car valet and security services, regular extermination services (pest control), beach cabaña service, and cable TV with three premium channels.  Apartment watching for seasonal residents and maintenance repairs for all residents are also available at reasonable rates.
