The Galleon Condominium is a luxury residential condominium located near the north end of the prestigious Galt Ocean Drive. The Galleon's unique curved architecture allows for a direct ocean view from all 214 apartments. The Galleon has large, equipped exercise rooms. The two party rooms are used for board meetings, association functions and are available to the Galleon residents at no charge. They also include a fully equipped kitchen so you may provide hot meals for your party. The Galleon has 24hr in house security and the building is monitored with 21 closed circuit video cameras, all monitored and recorded at the main security desk.  One storage bin is deeded with each apartment. Extra storage bins are available for rent on an annual basis by adding your name to a waiting list. The extra storage bin rentals will terminate upon change of apartment ownership.  Common area party rooms are to be reserved in the office.  The Barbeque grill can be reserved by advising the office or front desk giving your date and times.  Bridge tables and chairs and one folding table may be borrowed for 24 hours and must be signed for with the security guard at the front desk. They cannot leave the building. Rollaway beds, cribs, and high chairs are available for a nominal rental fee.
