Receiving area personnel notify residents when packages have arrived.  Shopping carts help with the transfer of groceries from automobiles to apartments, and laundry and trash facilities are readily available.  Each apartment has an assigned parking spot.  An on-site building manager oversees a full-time staff of maintenance workers, office and security personnel.  A nine-member Board of Directors is dedicated to establishing policies and initiating projects in order to provide a fine quality of life in the building.
