buildings in the Coral Ridge Towers complex. The number of

time residents increases during Florida's high season and
decreases during low season. The Coral Ridge Towers “East”
homeowners consist of persons 55 years and older who are retired
and semi-retired, as well as those who continue to work full
time, enjoying the many amenities at the co-operative, as well
as the delightful weather. Coral Ridge Towers “East” has a
fully heated 30 x 60 foot outdoor swimming pool with depths
ranging from 3 to 9 feet. The pool temperature is maintained at
86 oF with some fluctuation caused by ambient
weather. Shuffleboard courts, tables with umbrellas, lounge
chairs and a shower are alongside the pool. The clubhouse is
located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway about ˝ block from
the main building. The front of the clubhouse faces the
Intracoastal Waterway and allows residents to relax and enjoy
seeing the boats and yachts which travel up and down the famous
waterway. The main building has 24/7 security, a large lobby and
equally large social room.
